Pragmatix managed the construction and fitout of a new Kmart store located in the Supa Centre in Manukau for Dexus (formally AMP Capital).
The project required the demolition of four existing units and construction of the new store to the Kmart specification, also additional seismic upgrade works were undertaken to the adjacent tenancy.
Once the new Kmart was operational, we managed the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the previous Kmart tenancy to create two new major tenancies, Zone Bowling and Fitness Cartel.
Pragmatix were engaged as Project Manager and Engineer to Contract.
