Value added to the Project:
Pragmatix introduced formal development methodology and project management systems to Foodstuffs to improve delivery assurance at Board and retail operations levels.
The company worked closely with Foodstuffs to establish a panel of pre-qualified capable consultants and contractors.
A hallmark of the programme has been Pragmatix’s push for constant innovation to improve extended-team performance. That has seen time taken from land acquisition and design inception to retail opening reduced four-fold.
Throughout its involvement in the programme, Pragmatix has carried responsibility for fitness-for-purpose, cost, time, quality, EH&S performance.
Personnel involved:
Martin Lowery – Director/Project Director
Simon Mrkusic – Director/Project Director
Mark Sigglekow – Senior Project manager
“Pragmatix takes the time to understand a client’s brief and focus on delivering a project that meets or exceeds this. They have consistently demonstrated across numerous projects over the 10 years that we have worked together an attitude that respects the client but holds each stakeholder to account for their deliverables.”
