Description of Project:
Pragmatix was engaged by the Order of St John to develop a new national office and headquarters at Mt Wellington, Auckland.
Role Undertaken:
Our in-house team provided briefing, site master-planning, concept architecture, a project budget and development programme to secure Board approval and a timely Resource Consent. Pragmatix delivered the project with a contractor engaged to provide ECI as well as construction services.
Value added to project:
The company undertook project management and executive architect roles and provided a single point of accountability for the Order of St John.
We promoted and implemented cost-effective, award winning ESD initiatives including natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting and green walls.
This project has been awarded Property Council, NZ Institute of Architects and Institution of Professional Engineers NZ awards for commercial, buildings, sustainability, and lighting.
