This 15,000m square meters of 5 Green Star office development at Sylvia Park was completed in stages for the retail and office tenancy fitouts to commence. The building has 10 levels including ground floor food & beverage tenancies to further extend Sylvia Park’s very popular Dining Lane, 9 levels of office accommodation and a public plaza to the north.
The development was designed with long term ownership, investment value and tenancy excellence as key parts of the brief, together with serious consideration of construction procurement in a heated market to minimise programme duration. Construction commenced August 2016 and enabled business continuity for the shopping centre and its tenants. The food and beverage tenancies opened late 2017 and the building opened to the public for the first office tenant in August 2018.
