Description of Project:
Tainui Group Holding’s vision is to establish New Zealand’s largest integrated commercial business hub, anchored by the inland port through a TGH JV with Ports of Tauranga, and key new roading JV with Hamilton City Council.
Pragmatix is managing the first stage of the Ruakura Superhub for Tainui Group Holdings (TGH), who are the commercial arm of Waikato Tainui.
Role Undertaken:
Our role is to work closely with and support TGH managing the design, consenting, procurement, construction (infrastructure and developments), programme and coordination with tenants.

Value added to project:
The initial stage commenced in 2020 with completion in 2023, tenant development plot construction commenced 4th quarter 2021. We were able to help the client introduce effective governance systems and processes to ensure that the Senior Leadership were able to oversee and direct the project to a successful delivery.
