Pragmatix is managing the first stage of the Ruakura Superhub for Tainui Group Holdings (TGH), the commercial arm of Waikato Tainui. The development is located to the east of Hamilton city, adjacent to the new section of the Waikato Expressway and East Coast Main Trunk railway line from Tauranga.
The vision is to establish New Zealand’s largest integrated commercial business hub, anchored by the inland port TGH JV with Ports of Tauranga, and key new roading JV with Hamilton City Council.
Our role is to work closely and support TGH managing the design, construction (infrastructure and developments), programme and coordination with tenants.
