Pragmatix is managing Drury Town Centre master-planning for Kiwi Property, to create a new place for Aucklanders to live, work and play. Kiwi’s land for development is a 51-hectare site that could see residential development alongside, parks, retail and offices, located 35 kilometres south of the Auckland CBD.
The opportunity is to establish a new, mixed use, town centre, focused as a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) given the proposed new, adjoining, train station and proposed improved transport links. The development will target commercial, retail, residential and civic/community uses.
Our role is to work closely with Kiwi’s development team, planners, architects, urban designers and engineers to prepare a Plan Change to bring the land forward for development and to best determine the appropriate design and staging for the project’s feasibility.
