Description of Project:
The PBT Warehouse project, located at the Ruakura Superhub in Hamilton, was commissioned by Tainui Group Holdings and delivered by Calder Stewart Construction. The facility comprises a large-scale industrial transport warehouse and associated office spaces, constructed under NZS3916 contract conditions. The project was valued at approximately $12 million and spanned from 2020 to 2022.

The scope included full construction of the warehouse and office facilities, with a strong emphasis on sustainability. The project achieved a 4 Green Star – Design & As Built NZv1.0 As Built Review Certified Rating in 2025.

Role Undertaken:
Pragmatix provided Project Management and Engineer to the Contract services and partnered with Calder Stewart to deliver the project under a NZS3916 contract.

Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitating smooth communication and approvals among multiple parties, including the client, tenant, contractor, and consultants.
