This is the first stage of a proposed 5 stage master plan to completely revamp this existing Retirement Village.

This project will see the number of homes at Somervale increase from 83 to 214, with the staged construction over a number of years of nine two- to four-level architecturally designed independent living apartment buildings, a new amenity building, and attractive landscaping. Pragmatix procured and managed the consultant team delivering the RC and Stage 1 design on Metlifecare’s behalf and led the procurement of Fosters Construction under an ECI process.

Pragmatix were appointed to the Engineer to Contract role for stage 1 and have been retained in this role for stage 2.
