Description of Project:
The overall project involves some 8,000 additional square meters of hospital and specialist clinic space on a 3-hectare site. The work must be delivered in a manner that minimises disruption to patients and staff at the hospital and always maintains critical services. The Inpatient ward and carpark extension have been completed.
Role Undertaken:
Southern Cross has engaged Pragmatix to provide project management and Engineer to the Construction Contract services for the staged redevelopment of its large private hospital on Auckland’s North Shore.
