Description of Project:
Pragmatix provides a comprehensive scope of services to ensure the successful management and execution of the Midtown integrated delivery programme.

The programme’s scope encompasses a range of projects, such as City Rail Link urban realm works, Te Hā Noa Victoria Street Linear Park, Wellesley Street Bus Improvement, Watercare – Queen Street Diversion, Wai Horotiu Queen Street Project, Cycleway from Federal Street to Nelson Street, utilities related to Vector and Chorus, as well as private sector developments like the Symphony Development.

Role Undertaken:
Pragmatix Limited were engaged for the purpose of developing improved programme coordination and visibility for the works underway in the city centre midtown area over the next few years.

One of our main responsibilities is to manage and update the integrated delivery programme, keeping it on track and aligned with the overall goals. We closely monitor and track the progress of the various midtown projects, identifying any issues and risks that could potentially impact the seamless delivery of the programme. In case of interface issues or risks, we promptly report and facilitate their resolution, escalating them as necessary to ensure swift action.

We are also provide programme management support or advice for specific workstreams, as agreed upon, including precinct level Traffic Management Plans (TMP) if needed.

Value added to project:
Pragmatix foster effective communication and collaboration, we arrange, run, and participate in meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders, adhering to the Programme Execution Plan and meeting schedule. By creating this collaborative and questioning approach, we are know viewed as facilitators within the wider team and often asked to provide influence to unblock and help in resolving complex issues.

We also keep track of project milestones and schedules, providing monthly reporting to stakeholders. This includes highlighting progress made and tracking any issues and risks that may arise during the programme.
