Rob is a highly experienced Project Director with a strong background in construction management, contract administration, and strategic project delivery. With a Master of Construction Management and over two decades of experience, he has successfully led complex commercial, retail, residential, and infrastructure projects across New Zealand. His expertise in programme planning, feasibility studies, and contract negotiation allows him to drive projects forward efficiently while managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes. As a Green Star Accredited Professional, Rob is committed to delivering sustainable projects that meet modern environmental standards. His experience working on-site as part of a main contractor team gives him a hands-on understanding of construction logistics, temporary works, and site staging, which strengthens his ability to manage teams and coordinate stakeholders effectively.
Rob has played a critical role in delivering major developments, including the St Paul’s Building Refurbishment, NZ Police Headquarters fit-out, and Botany Town Centre Remediation. His ability to navigate complex lease agreements, stakeholder requirements, and technical challenges has ensured seamless project execution. During the NZ Police Headquarters fit-out, he successfully balanced seismic upgrades, end-of-life service replacements, and tenant-specific modifications, ensuring the project was completed on time and on budget despite COVID-19 disruptions. His leadership on retail developments such as Sylvia Park Galleria highlights his ability to coordinate international and domestic tenants, resolve design complexities, and integrate new developments within live environments.
