Angus is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in surveying, contract administration, and project management across the UK, Middle East, and New Zealand. His qualifications in Property Management, Land Surveying, and Geological Sciences provide a strong technical foundation for leading complex infrastructure, commercial, and residential developments. Angus has successfully delivered projects in highly regulated and logistically challenging environments, such as live hospitals, seismic upgrades, and large-scale infrastructure developments. His expertise in contract administration, cost control, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation has enabled him to deliver projects efficiently while minimising disruptions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

At Pragmatix, Angus has been instrumental in managing large-scale developments, including the Ruakura Superhub, Southern Cross Hospital Expansion, and Manukau Supa Centre Kmart Development. On the Ruakura Superhub, he successfully managed tendering, consultant coordination, and infrastructure delivery, enabling commercial construction to begin on schedule. During the Southern Cross Hospital Expansion, he ensured minimal disruption to hospital operations, navigating stakeholder priorities while keeping the project on track through the COVID-19 pandemic. His role in retail and commercial projects, such as the Manukau Supa Centre Kmart development, required intricate design coordination, utility relocations, and tenant approvals, ensuring compliance with Kmart’s detailed specifications. With a proven track record in managing high-value projects, Angus brings strong leadership, commercial acumen, and technical expertise to every project he undertakes.
