Jeff Wood
PROJECT DIRECTOR
Jeff has been leading projects in various industries over 30 years. He achieved a highly successful track record whilst running CDL Quantity Surveyors’ Project Management division in South Africa. He worked mainly within the health and education fields, as well as on office blocks and retail projects in the Durban area. Jeff migrated to New Zealand in 1998.
Project management career highlights in New Zealand include the completion of The Quadrant Hotel and Complex in Auckland. Jeff was development manager for the Westin Lighter Quay in Auckland, and the planning and preconstruction phases of Kawarau Falls Station, Queenstown, New Zealand, a 13-hotel and resort complex. The Quadrant and Westin projects won the Property Council’s excellence and design awards in 2006, 2007 and 2008. More recently, Jeff was Senior Project Manager for the successful completion of Nugent Rise apartments in Auckland. Jeff worked with the developer, Neil Group, to establish an off-plan marketing strategy which achieved 92% of apartments sold within the first two months of sales. Neil Group is very pleased with the outcome of this development.
Jeff adds value to the development process and the challenges that come with any project. He offers a particularly professional service to clients to ensure that all their interests and expectations are met.
