Emma is a Chartered Professional Engineer, proficient in change management and project management, particularly in front-end project development. She has over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of sectors and contract types including energy, industrial, roading and social infrastructure, for both public and private sector clients and under PPP, Alliance, ECI, D&C and build-only arrangements.
She has experience in setting strategic vision, asking challenging questions, looking for areas of improvement, managing a wide range of options and opinions to reach common project objectives, and facilitating the achievement of those objectives.
Emma is a collaborative leader who is results-orientated and committed to doing what is necessary for teams to succeed.
