Atefeh Zeinalian is a highly skilled Project Manager with over a decade of experience in construction management, architectural design, and site engineering. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Construction Management, she combines technical expertise with structured project coordination to deliver high-quality, well-managed developments. Her experience spans retail, residential, commercial, and civil infrastructure, where she has played a key role in risk identification, contract administration, and compliance assurance. Atefeh’s deep understanding of construction methodologies, strengthened by hands-on experience as a Site Engineer and Architectural Designer, enables her to bridge the gap between design intent and practical execution.

At Pragmatix, Atefeh has been instrumental in managing projects such as Sylvia Park Large Format Retail, Auckland Jet Base Decarbonisation, and Botany Town Centre Seismic Upgrade.
