Tony Webb
DIRECTOR
Tony has worked within the construction industry in contracting and consulting for over 30 years. During this time Tony has held senior roles on a wide variety of projects in four countries. Tony also held the role of New Zealand Manager for Coffey Projects for 3 years.
This spread of international and national experience gives Tony a detailed understanding of the property and infrastructure industries. In recent years he has specialized in complex and high value projects within New Zealand, including senior advisory roles to CEO, Board members and Directors of significant New Zealand organisations.
Tony’s work on major construction and infrastructure projects in four countries has required him to effectively overcome cultural, language and logistic issues in addition to the usual design, consenting, procurement and construction challenges to deliver successful projects for his clients.
Through his roles as Project Director and Engineer to the Contract, Tony brings strong leadership, communication, contractual, financial, programming, process, and risk management skills to his projects. Tony has a strong track record as the independent Engineer to the Contract for both traditional Lump Sum contracts as well as Design and Build contracts. He understands the differences in administering these different contract forms and has experience in both as a Contractor as well as the Engineer to the Contract.
With his broad background and detailed understanding Tony can effectively bridge any gaps between client, design, and construction teams, and facilitate positive outcomes for all parties.
