The Neil Group engaged Pragmatix to manage this high-quality medium density residential development in Grafton, Auckland. Pragmatix provided project management and Engineer to the Construction Contract Services.
The site is mixed use with apartments, an office block, retail tenancies and carparks. Nugent Rise is the last building in a city-bock development and is set at the back of a site facing Mt Eden. The apartments have sea views from the upper levels.
The project consists of one level of basement carparks, a mixed-use ground floor of retail and apartments, and 4 levels of apartments above. The total number of apartments is 92. All are large upmarket units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms with a study and spacious enclosed balconies. Solid oak floors are provided with a full range of high quality appliances. Bathrooms are fully tiled. The building has a fresh air ventilation strategy and the top floor is air conditioned.
