Description of Project:
Pragmatix aided at the early stage to define project brief, develop a roadmap and plan for successful master planning, design and delivery.
Role Undertaken:
Our initial management service was to support FPH in defining the project brief and establishing a roadmap for the future development.
We then led a master planning phase with the project team to define a staged masterplan, suitable to apply for a Plan Change from rural to light industrial.
Value added to project:
- Developing a road map for the future development, with clear milestones and project phases
- Forming the design team for masterplanning with clear roles and responsibilities
- Leading the masterplanning ream, including review with key FPH management to form up a masterplan suitable for Plan Change submission.
