Martin has been immersed in the property sector and especially in development, design and construction since 1979. His career has seen him working within and managing construction companies, directing master planning and development teams, and assisting clients with major capital programmes including project and team formation.

His expertise includes development strategy and organisation, commercial structuring, governance, controls, project and construction management. Martin is a capable team leader, problem solver, negotiator, and commercial thinker.
